SENIOR PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT/DESIGN ENGINEER
Summary:
The Sr. Product Development/Design Engineer will work in cooperation with internal Product Line Managers, field application engineers, sales, manufacturing, along with external customer’s engineers to quickly develop cutting edge circuit components for electronic power systems.
Responsibilities:
- Procedure Tool Improvement
- Product Test Restrictions
- New Product Summary
- New Product Design Product Requirements
- Quickly create prototype inductor transformer samples for customer assessment.
- Technical Product Support Disaster Examination for the factory consumers.
- Complete other responsibilities as needed.
- Project Organization for New Product Missions – follow report project standing
- Pilot Line Manufacturing Scale-Up of New Creations
- Failure Analysis
Must Have:
- B.S. degree minimum in application electronics, electrical engineering, or associated discipline.
- Magnetics background with ten years design skill in electronic switching power management design, LAN, Telecom, or RF
- Self-motivated capability to work individually in a team atmosphere.
- Knowledgeable of power electronics topology.
- Understanding of electronic power circuitry, terminology, applications necessary.
- Outstanding communication presentation skills necessary.
- Experience with AutoCAD (or other mechanical CAD software).
- Skill using FEA modeling software (Ansys, Flux2D/3D, Ansoft, Comsol, etc.), along with analysis software tools such as Pspice or Mathcard.
- Accustomed to power magnetic manufacturing.
- Mandarin proficiency is favored.
