OVERVIEW
Opportunity to serve as lead organizational change/transition manager on one of our major transformational initiatives. These are large scale efforts including system replacements, process redesign, and reorganizations.
REQUIRED
BA Degree in Organization Development, Human Resources, or Business (MS or MBA desired)
Led 2 or more major change initiatives involving multiple organizational change, training, and communication professionals as part of program office setting
Track record of leading major organization change/transition initiatives that include system and process changes, and reorganizations
Experience using structured change/transition methodology(s) to create change/transition management plans
Proven skills with facilitation, influence and executive presentation
Solid program/project management skills
Expertise in organization design, culture change, leadership alignment, employee engagement efforts
PREFERRED
Strong experience in process improvement, program or project management, communications
Executive Coaching certification and experience
Assessments: MBTI, Hogan
Experience with team building, facilitation, strategic planning, and group process design
Direct experience on programs involving IT system integration Knowledge of curriculum design and delivery
Familiarity with communications and training approaches
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assignment will include creating change management plans, orchestrating efforts of other organizational change practitioners, communications, and training professionals
Interface with executives, line managers, and consultants
Design and implement interventions around culture change, employee engagement, leadership alignment, stakeholder management, and change measurement
Integrate change and transition efforts with overall program office and project plans
