Macquarie Securities Group (MSG) is a global institutional securities house covering sales, research, ECM, execution and derivatives and delta one activities. MSG uses its research and risk management skills to develop equity-based solutions and services for clients internationally.
The Macquarie Securities Group has an opportunity for a Transition Management Project Manager to join the Portfolio Solutions team in New York.
You will be responsible for:
- Creating and loading model equity portfolios into trading and analytical systems;
- Creating portfolio pre-trade analysis;
- Acting as a central point of contact for portfolio transition trades;
- Interacting with the global portfolio trading desk;
- Monitoring global trade settlements and liaising with internal operations;
- Providing clients and custodian banks with daily execution reports;
- Facilitating communications and conference calls between multiple parties;
- Liaising with our clients' agents, including custodians, asset managers, investment consultants;
- Daily portfolio and trade reconciliation and problem solving.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Global equity product knowledge
- Familiarity with global equity markets and trade settlement;
- Familiarity of foreign exchange;
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills;
- Strong ability to work in an interactive, team environment;
- Extremely strong organizational skills;
- Demonstrated ability to focus on details;
- Strong sense of compliance and integrity;
- Strong excel skills.
