Transition Manager | NEW Centre of Excellence, Krakow | Investment Operations – Asset Servicing recruitment

Our client is a long established global leader in the international financial services industry with plans to build a Centre of Excellence in Krakow with global responsibilities around functional and technical expertise in Investor Services (Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Custody, Financial Reporting) and Operations (Trade Settlement, Pricing, Corporate Actions).

We are currently seeking an experienced Transition Manager to join the newly established management team at the CoE in Krakow.

The role of the Transition Manager is to ensure delivery of the full transition program for the Centre, leading a team of Transition Specialists through the full cycle of business process migration from multiple geographic locations and multiple business units.

The Transition Manager will ensure implementation is seamless by engaging senior stakeholders at every stage, promoting business readiness with business unit delivery teams, building commitment and maximising resources.

You will have significant experience of successfully delivering transformational projects to time and budget, significant experience and proven ability in operating and influencing in a complex and diverse stakeholder environment combined with the abiliyt to influence people at all levels to deliver to challenging targets.

Given the scale, pace and criticality of your work you will be able to demonstrate a proven record of consistent delivery of complex change in a fast moving environment combined with deep risk expertise.

You will have 10 + years relevant experience with a minimum of 5 years experience in Transition Project Management; comfortable and effective working with rapidly challenging targets.

Broad experience in international compex multidisciplinary project management is required for this role, as is detailed understanding and application of Transition Process Management and demonstrated risk management experience.
