Role Title
Transition Programme Manager
Role Purpose
To manage the overall programme, migrating the client business onto the target Operating Model. To ensure that all internal and external stakeholders and projects deliver the expected benefits, particularly business and client benefits, within pre-agreed costs and time-scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Successfully managing (control, manage, co-ordinate, monitor, report, etc) the programmes of change
- Manage the onboarding and transitioning of new clients as part of the overall onboarding migration plans.
- Work closely with CoE and BPS managers (globally) to better evolve and optimise the support model that can be utilised using the resource and infrastructure available.
- Ensuring that the most appropriate structures, systems, procedures and controls are in place to service the business, in line with internal user and client expectations.
Knowledge and Experience
• Excellent Programme and Project management knowledge is essential, not only for our internal client base (Ops managers and users) but critically for our external clients.
• Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of the securities market and the associated market infrastructure.
• Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the funds industry and in particular the quality of services demanded by Traditional Fund Accounting clients
• Demonstrates a solid grasp of the technology and systems supporting the AV business.
• Strategic mind-set, with strong conceptual, creative and analytical content.
• Team player and people motivator.
• First class interpersonal, collaborative, relationship building and influencing skills.

• Must be a good communicator – verbal and written.
