Transitions coordinator for Asset Management Operations recruitment

As a member of a globally structured team, this key “gate keeper” role coordinates the movement of client assets into and out of our management, including in-specie movements to and from our range of pooled funds. The key tasks include account set up in our operating systems and the introduction / withdrawal of reconciled positions, as well as supporting Product Development initiatives. You will act as a point of contact for the regionally based CRMs, custodians, fund accountants and where appropriate the client appointed consultants and third party transition managers and Product Developers.

The role will provide primary cover for regional transitions activities as well as support activities outside the region

Key tasks and responsibilities include:

       1.Coordinate the operational aspects for the on-boarding of new client accounts
       2.Termination of client accounts
       3.Coordinating the change in custodian
       4.Supporting of the benchmark changes and restructuring of the accounts
       5.Supporting pooled fund activities: Fund launches / Fund termination/
          In-specie transfer /Fund conversion
