Transitions/Migrations Manager – Finance Shared Service Centre (Krakow) – Global FMCG recruitment

An experienced Transitions or Migrations Manager is required for this newly created role at their recently established Finance Shared Services Centre in Krakow which will provide an opportunity to be instrumental in the success of the newly established Centre and make an impact across the broader international organisation.
Responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the Transition strategy
- Coordinating the overall project management of the migration process
- Monitoring and reporting of Transition plans
- Managing risks and acting as the first point of escalation for all FSS Centre transition related issues
- Guaranteeing teams alignment and adhering to the Transition governance model, communication and migration plans
- Promoting the acquisition of transition related knowledge by sharing and the use of best practice
- Estimating and managing timelines, costs and resource requirements
- Leading and contributing to the development of a standardised, continuous improvement and customer focused culture
- Managing employees/teams including recruitment, performance management and development
The preferred candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ + experience in Transitions, Migrations or Project Management within an FA environment and hold a business degree (Masters an advantage) and / or have a recognised professional accounting qualification.
Fluency in English is essential and another European Language - preferably French - is highly desirable. A willingness to travel also a prerequisite.
