Position Description
Armed with the ability to help businesses of all sizes to improve the efficiency and cost of transportation, you'll be securing new business as an outside sales representative. You will be responsible for soliciting new accounts and selling all of C.H. Robinson's services (including, but not limited to: Truckload, LTL, Intermodal and Global Forwarding). You will provide C.H. Robinson's logistical services to customers offering a variety of solutions to moving their product. You will be in daily contact with potential customers of various sizes, building relationships, problem solving and assessing their needs. This position will be responsible for promoting and selling company products and services in accordance with sales policies and procedures, and in pursuit of established goals and objectives.

Responsibilities
Independently generate new sales revenue and profitability for the Green Bay branch.
- Manage customer interactions: prospecting, cold calling, qualifying, making customer calls, and closing deals
- Utilize Green Bay sales process to engage customers at the executive level and close strategic opportunities
- Driving complex solution sales (vs. transactional sales)
- Participate in face-to-face meetings
- Collaborate with internal solution design team to craft logistics solutions for potential clients
- Transition new accounts to Key Account Management Team
- Meet monthly sales and business expense goals
- Report on sales results every month and update sales funnel weekly

Required Qualifications
Willingness to sell at the highest level of an organization
- Possess a strong sales presentation and successful closing background
- Strong strategic orientation, relationship building, negotiation skills, and business acumen
- Demonstrate ability to compete aggressively and identify successful sales tactics
- Demonstrate verbal and written communication skills ??? both internally and externally
- Organized and proficient with time management
- Proven success collaborating with others to create and deliver customized solutions
- Willingness to travel
- Bachelor's Degree
