Transportation Financing Associate Relationship Manager recruitment
Responsibilities:
• Discuss/structure finance investment projects for the shipping/transportation group with existing /new business partners
• Maintain and expand relationships with business partners in close cooperation with the lead relationship manager(s)
• Discuss, assist and support the local relationship manager by providing and structuring financial solutions involving asset financing, acquisition finance, sale and lease backs, equity, MA and capital markets
• Internal evaluation/pre-calculation/rating of new projects, and provide necessary input for other information systems and tools
• Prepare extensive cash flow and corporate forecasts in Excel for box portfolios and shipping companies
• Preparing Term Sheets to be submitted to business partners
• Prepare Credit Applications to be provided to the relevant committee and closely cooperate with Credit Department in this respect
• Execution/documentation of new transactions
• Supporting the review and management of the existing portfolio
• Analyze relevant industry segments and financial products
Requirements:
• 3-6 years financial experience in Asset Backed Securities, preferably with general transportation experience, ideally in the shipping/container box sector
• Excellent analytical and modeling skills and a high attention to detail
• Good team player, capable of working in cross-border deal teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel
• Languages skills (Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred)
• Bachelors and/or MBA from a top tier school
