K2 is looking for a team member that takes initiative with a positive attitude. Applicant must have some experience in Transportation Services; including invoicing, rate quotes and generalized support to all operational staff and clients. This position entails building long term relationships and business partnerships with all clients. Job duties include scheduling shipment pick-ups or deliveries, routing carrier/drivers and general customer service tasks.
Qualifications/Competencies:
Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication in both verbal and written forms
Exemplary customer service skills - minimum two years experience
Ability to manage entire account with limited supervision
Knowledge of Windows operating systems; including Excel/Word programs
Superior data entry skills; typing and ten-key
Detailed oriented - ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Energetic
Great attitude and works well with others
Salary to be determined based on candidate and experience
