Travel Account Manager, Dorking
£28,000 to £32,000 per annum
This leading Marketing Communications agency based in Dorking are looking to recruit a Travel Account Manager who has extensive agency experience and who is highly experienced in working within incentives travel.
The Travel Account Manager will be responsible for managing the delivery of all aspects of meeting and incentive travel programs and will be the primary liaison between client, suppliers, account sales executive and other team members. The role is to collaborate with clients on program content, direct the duties of account coordinators, manage program budget/gross margin and provide regular updates to the client, coordinate, briefings and debrief meetings, prepare pre-trip materials, trip specifications and on-site materials, coordinate mailings, organize and attend site inspections and assigned programs, as required.
You will have proven skills and knowledge in meeting and incentive program management, effective negotiation skills, strong communication abilities, demonstrated organizational and detail orientation skills, creativity, and a strong customer service orientation.
