Our client is currently experiencing progressive growth and as a result has the need to recruit a candidate to join their Travel Claims Team.
You will be responsible for handling Travel claims from cradle to grave, and will provide advice and assistance to customers in a professional manner.
Experience in dealing with Travel Claims for is beneficial, however, you will be considered if you have a strong Insurance Customer Service or Claims experience. As a Claims handler you will also need excellent communication skills, an understanding and reassuring telephone manner, a professional attitude, professional appearance and good GCSE's grades.
