Candidates must have the ability to work with clients to discuss travel options while offering competitive prices within company guidelines. Specific Job Duties: · Maintain an understanding of industry trends including airline rules and regulations, ensuring client servicing accurately observes these requirements · Participate fully in all staff meetings and training to keep up to date on industry trends and new information · Research issues and offer solutions to existing clients regarding problems with travel arrangements · Participate fully as a team member to assist as needed in completing all functions related to servicing the client, including selling additional products; car rental, travel insurance and hotel stays · Stay fully informed of all airline rules and regulations, and other industry requirements in order to accurately apply this information when making travel arrangements. · Meet and maintain individual monthly metrics per office guidelines as determined by the operating group. Requirements: · A desire to start a long-term career and learn about the travel industry · Excellent tenure in previous jobs · Excellent listening, interpersonal, and customer service skills · Excellent sales skills · Ability to handle multiple accounts · Consistent and appropriate communication with supervisor and within the team · Candidates must complete a background/drug screening process · Experience in the travel industry is a plus Availability: Candidates must have open availability to work shifts during normal hours of operation anytime Monday through Friday between the hours of 6a-12a.
