* Helping customers with questions regarding vacation rentals, and making recommendations depending on the needs of the customer.
* Providing world-class customer service and resolving customer questions regarding special offers, account questions, or promotions.
* Updating customer information on the computer system.
* Responding to customer questions and providing current information regarding rates, destinations, and other important travel information.
