The responsibilities of the Travel Software Developer are as follows: Develop routines/ scripts and solutions based on detailed requirements; Maintain and up to date project plans; Recommend and adopt recommend development standards; Provide input in to product development; Document and file all development work completed; Provide a second level support service.
The skills required for the Travel Software Developer role are as follows: Five years travel industry and operations experience; Two years technical experience in a travel solutions group with proven ability to produce innovative solutions to business problems; Team management experience strongly preferred; Project management experience; Cross functional management experience; Client relationship/consultancy experience. Experience with usage and configuration of a mid-office quality control application or online booking system or data solutions.
