Job Description :
• Oversee the Middle Office function in Global Markets Department to ensure the treasury support function run efficiency and effectiveness
• Review the Treasury polices and operations procedures to ensure legal compliance and effective risk management
• Ensure the infrastructure in Treasury Middle Office providing effective support for the growth of the Global Markets business
• Kick off the new product deployment including workflow establishment and system enhancement for new product implementation.
• Work closely with the Traders and Treasury sales for gathering accurate market information and updated data for conducting business analysis and producing various business reports for management review.
• Ensure the Treasury Operational Risk Control effectively set in the Global Markets Department
• Ensure effective operations in the Global Markets Department in order to maximize the profit gain.
Job Requirement :-
• Degree in Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in Treasury Operations / Middle Office in Global Markets.
• With a full membership of Treasury Markets Association (TMA) preferably.
• Sound knowledge on treasury products and treasury operations.
• Good knowledge on various Treasury MIS reports.
• Familiar with HKMA guidelines and relevant regulatory
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
