Treasurer and Trade Finance Manager recruitment
They handle all international trading (gasoline, gas oil, distillates) and commercialization of all refinery exports and the downstream retail activities. It also initiates and manages projects, partnerships and joint ventures.
Their office in Zug will be relocated to Lugano by February 2013. We are now seeking a
Treasurer and Trade Finance Manager
Classical fields of responsibility and challenges are keeping control of the trade finance activities, the credit line utilization with all the banks and to manage the necessary financing margins and available cash. Furthermore you allocate trading business and negotiate the terms of the deals with the banks for financing.
Additional responsibilities and functions are:
- organization an leading of Finance/Treasury department
- supervision of daily cash plan reporting to the Group
- supervision of Foreign Exchange Risks and execution of hedge deals
- cash management local and within Business Unit Trading
- control of due receivables , customer and supplier limits
We are looking for a strong team player with experience in managing treasury and trade finance. Experience in commodity trading is a must. English is company language, knowledge in Russian and Italian would be an asset.
