Treasurer Manager recruitment
Responsibilities
- Ensure transactional payments are done on time and correctly
- Ensure adequate collateral
- Handle Bank reconciliations
- Liaise with agent - bank contacts to ensure timely settlement of transactions
- Liaise with other departments to ensure correct booking and reporting of trade
- Work closely with accounting to ensure cash account reconciliations are
- Ensure internal controls are followed
The candidate:
- Prior working experience in international banking aor trading Co.
- Good understanding of cash management issues and systems (SAP, Reuters, Bloomberg or others)
- Enthusiastic Leader – good communicator
- Confident personality with the ability to work as Leader of a small team
Experience Qualifications
- Educated to degree level preferably in finance
- Experience at a major financial institution or Trading Co.
- Minimum of 5-10 years experience in treasury
- Enthusiastic, highly self motivated and proactive Leader, flexible to irregular working hours
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at different levels
- Excellent organizational skills and very strong attention to detail inherent follow-up
