This position would work in the Cash Management Department which manages US and International cash positions, liquidity management, cash management system security administration, bank account administration, cash accounting, debt administration, audit compliance, bank relationship management, disaster recovery management and testing.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and monitor daily cash management transactions of domestic and
foreign entities ensuring sufficient liquidity
• Execute borrowings, investments, foreign exchange transactions; prepare both
short and long term cash flow projections
• Execute wire payments and conduct related denied party screenings
• Ensure accurate accounting for all legal entities
• Work to resolve cash issues/errors in a timely manner
• Participate in all cash management initiatives as needed
• Record Information Management (RIM) retention
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
• Proficient with MS Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service focus
• Ability to work independently and willingness to learn
• Ability to work with internal and external colleagues.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Ability be willing to work holidays when needed required
• Ability to work core hours of 8:30AM – 5:30 PM required
• At least 3 years of Accounting experience required
Preferred Qualifications:
•At least 3 years of experience as a treasury analyst (cash management) preferred
