Treasury Associate
A Dubai based investment company is currently recruiting a Treasury Associate to assist the team and the entire companies’ Treasury function. This is a great opportunity for junior Treasury candidates to join an organisation that can take their career to the next level.
The role will require the candidate to monitor the markets and banks and provide reports of findings to the Head of Treasury. This role will liaise closely with the DCM team and the right candidate should have experience in this area. Candidates should have strong financial analysis skills and have the confidence to present their findings to members of the board. Candidates must also have an interest in the financial markets and be aware of the new transactions which are being executed along with the deal which are being restructured. This role will have exposure across the companies various departments which include operations, finance and risk.
Candidates will require working knowledge, understanding and experience of financial markets including use of Bloomberg and Reuters for market news and pricing, interpersonal and communication skills as well as treasury products, hedging techniques, policies, processes and procedures. Candidates must also have knowledge of asset and liability management and commercial finance activity. You must have two to four years experience to be considered as well as a financial Degree from a reputable university.
