Treasury Consultant

A global risk management advisory company is currently looking for an experienced Treasury professional to join its growing business. The company has FTSE 100 organisations among its clients, which are primarily comprised of real estate companies, private equity investment funds, corporations, and mid-sized financial institutions. The organisation provides a combination of capital markets expertise matched with processes and technology capabilities.

In order to continue growth in the Corporate segment of the business the company are looking for a dedicated Business Development individual. The role will require you to coordinate the team for the entire sales process from identifying prospective clients, organising client meetings and helping to manage a variety of new and existing client relationships.

Responsibilities will include; Providing market feedback to include trends, competitors, opportunities, product enhancements, develop and execute territory plans to include revenue targets for existing and new clients, grow and maintain a 12 month pipeline of 3X revenue target with a focus on high priority prospects, build market awareness of the company’s capabilities by developing referral sources such as audit firms, commercial insurance contacts, recruiters, other market constituents and associations, Support UK and European marketing events with pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up to name a fee.

The company is looking for someone with Treasury experience who has worked at managerial or senior managerial level, with time spent within the big 4, consulting firms, financial services institutions or corporate treasury functions. You will have excellent business acumen, interpersonal and strategic planning skills, some selling experience within the context of consulting engagements, and readiness to take a more active business development role. Knowledge and experience with derivatives, treasury management sales and treasury technologies is a bonus.
