Treasury Executive – Funding recruitment

This role represents a key function in the bank’s structure and will be instrumental to the firms continued success. You will be responsible for developing and executing an institutional sales marketing plan to ensure sufficient funding is in place and sufficiently diversified. The position will require the successful individual to build and maintain excellent relationships with institutional investors and assist those investors with information to analyse the firm. You will also manage a small team with responsibility for treasury operations, scenario analysis, process management and compliance. As a senior figure within treasury you will contribute more broadly to projects and other related activities and you will be a key stakeholder in managing the relationship with APRA.
You will be a seasoned financial markets / treasury professional with tertiary qualifications in banking and finance and established relationships across a range of key institutional stakeholders. You will be a polished and sophisticated negotiator with the technical grounding to support your interpersonal ability. You will have knowledge and experience across a range of financial instruments such as loans, deposits, bonds, hybrids and other general liability based products as well as Australian banking standards and regulatory requirements.
