Brightoil Petroleum in Singapore is engaged in overseas business development, including international oil product trade, overseas oil exploration, business development and participation in international oil market operation. Due to our business expansion, we are seeking high calibre and dedicated professionals to join us in a dynamic and challenging environment asTreasury Executive.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the assurance of adequate liquidity to facilitate the company's operations
- Provide focused and specialized advisory services to markets in terms of money market conditions and net financing cost planning
- Procurement of funds in the most efficient way for the Group
- Manage the liquidities and debts of each market to optimize usage of funds
- Determine the daily cash position for each market while managing forecast inaccuracy
- To coordinate with local banks, on financing market operations and obtain the most efficient cost of capital
- Review and evaluate existing cash management structure of each market to optimize resources
- Ensure compliance with external regulations and involved in ad-hoc projects to improve processes
QUALIFICATIONS AND / OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Financial degree with 5 - 6 years relevant working experience with good finance knowledge
- Sound knowledge of bank products and global financial markets
- Prior experience in Financial services or commodity trading industry is preferred
- Proficient in MS office product (Excel)
- A self-motivated person with strong analytical skills and ability to adapt in fast-pace environment
- Possess good working attitude, pleasant personality and comfortable to communicate with colleagues of all levels
- Veral and written communication skills in Mandarin is an added advantage
