Treasury Financial Planning & Analysis

The Performance Analysis and Planning team withinTreasury Finance aims to provide insight and control through the preparation of monthly MI reports, budgets and forecasts, working closely with theTreasury businesses to plan and report activity through the balance sheet and PL.
Responsibilities:
• The preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Work closely with the business to plan activity through the balance sheet and PL.
• Build and maintain forecasting models that are efficient, robust and effective so that insightful analysis can be provided from them.
• Liaise and manage relationships with key stakeholders withinTreasury and throughout the wider Group.

• Ensure a good understanding of theTreasury businesses / desks and key performance drivers and metrics
• Respond to a wide range of customer enquiries, ensuring the information provided is clear and understandable
• Deliver insightful and timely management information which is viewed by the business as critical in managing and executing its strategy
• Proactively manage key stakeholders across the business and Finance in communicating changes to the business shape, results and metrics
• Ensure any issues are flagged ahead of time; be proactive in identifying issues and providing constructive solutions
• Build strong relationships across Finance, working closely with the business partners and planning teams to understand and assist in helping them with their deliveries, which require close business input and interaction
