Treasury FX Funding Dealer recruitment
Position Overview
FX dealing, short term funding and general Treasury responsibilities as part of the Global Funding Group to be based in Cobham. The dealer will work within a team providing efficient market execution for Treasury's Business Partners in their foreign exchange hedging activities, provide market understanding, insight and advice to those partners and Cargill customers, build and maintain bank relationships, manage Cargill's Short Term Debt funding requirements via commercial paper issuance. It also involves identifying and taking advantage of trading opportunities to achieve profit targets set for the group.
Principal Accountabilities
Foreign exchange dealing for Business Units hedging activity
Funding for Cargill and for Business Units requirements
Researching and executing trading strategies in FX and money markets
Managing FX or interest rate exposure risks generated
Market insight, communication and awareness for dissemination to our Business colleagues and customers
Foreign exchange risk management advisory to BU partners
Position and P/L reconciliation and analyses, Product documentation review and assessment
Ad-Hoc projects and research for desk activity
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Market awareness with regard to money markets and foreign exchange
Strong market execution skills with attention to detail, accuracy and understanding of risks involved
Understanding of general economic and political themes on a broad global scale
Strong mathematical ability, spreadsheet skills and understanding of market movements and implications
Systems literacy, ability to work with proprietary systems market systems (Bloomberg)
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to work in a fast changing environment with multiple drivers and stakeholders
Ability to work effectively in a team
Adherence to Cargill guiding principles and policies on a consistent basis
Strong written and oral communication skills in English
Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Knowle Hill Park (postcode KT11 2PD) is the Head Office of Cargill in the UK and home to approximately 300 staff. The offices are situated within a large landscaped park. Amenities on site include free car parking, a restaurant, a fully equipped gym, and a small golf course.
Nearby Cobham has a range of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. Cobham and Stoke D'Abernon station is approximately 35 minutes from London Waterloo by train, and approximately 1 mile from the office. A free shuttle bus makes a few runs each morning and evening between the site and the station for employees who travel to work by train.
