The Global Treasury Manager will be responsible for EFI’s WW and corporate treasury operations including cash management, investment portfolio oversight, Foreign Exchange management, cash flow and working capital modeling and forecasting, audit and SOX, treasury related policy development, assisting in capital structure strategy and administering the corporate insurance risk management program .
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee global cash management operations and develop strategies to maximize efficiencies, safeguard assets and minimize costs
- Recommend and implement the most cost effective solutions to strengthen controls and risk management that incorporate best practices for all banking services, collections and disbursements
- Facilitate international cash and banking operating requirements with legal and corporate controller group
- Develop and implement daily, monthly and quarterly cash forecasting model
- Develop working capital requirements model and establish quarterly BU target process
- Prepare quarterly FX reporting and derivative financial statement disclosures for public filings (10K 10Q)
- Develops, administers and ensures audit and SOX 404 compliance with all Treasury related policies and procedures (FX hedging compliance, investment portfolio policy, banking and cash management, risk management, etc.)
- Assist in the development and modeling of a corporate capital structure strategy (share repurchase, MA, long-term planning)
- Lead all aspects of foreign currency exposure in compliance with FX Risk Management policy, while partnering with corporate controller group to ensure an efficient and cost effective FX program
- Monitor investment portfolio performance and risk, while providing management oversight to external money managers
- Develop and strengthen relationships with all EFI Treasury service providers (banks, insurance brokers, money managers, etc.)
- Work with external insurance brokers to manage the insurance risk management program
- Prepare periodic Audit Committee presentations related to investment portfolio performance and policy compliance
- Develop budget and monitor actual expenses for all Treasury related fees (banking, insurance, investment, and credit card)
- Manage and develop one Treasury analyst
Experience Required
- BA/BS degree in Finance/Accounting, MBA and CTP preferred
- Minimum of 8+ years Finance/Accounting experience, which will include at least 5+ years of specific treasury related experience
- Ability to apply expert knowledge and understanding of treasury and accounting functions and systems
- Strong system skills with proficiency in SAP, MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Knowledge of Treasury software and systems
- Superior analytical, modeling skills and excellent business judgment with a focus on process improvement
- Organized, detail oriented individual with ability to multi-task, maintain accuracy of information, and meet deadlines with little supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to interface with peers, staff and senior management
