Treasury Operations Analyst: Funds Transfer Team recruitment
Responsibilities:
• Process incoming and outgoing payments using Montran Global Payment System (GPS)
• Screen all transactions for OFAC and Anti Money Laundering with Compliance
• Flexible working hours/shifts spanning between 12:00am to 6:30pm
• Night shift (12am to 8am) required for six months of the year (3 month intervals)
• Day shifts required for the other six months of the year (3 month intervals)
• Ability to work in a dynamic and high paced work environment
• Ability to meet strict deadlines throughout the day (CLS, CHIPS, Fed Close)
• Maintain specific intraday liquidity levels at Federal Reserve account
• Monitor payment workflows to ensure any backlogs are identified and resolved
• Fails management process for incoming and outgoing transactions
• Communicate with internal departments to resolve Money Transfer related issues/problems
Requirements:
• 2+ years’ experience processing CHIPS and Fed Payments within a heavy volume Money Transfer environment
• Experience working on payments; strong familiarity with CHIPS, Fed payments and SWIFT Messages
• Knowledge of Automated Clearing House (ACH)
• Experience working on OFAC and Anti Money Laundering cases.
• Knowledge of CLS process, daylight overdraft, Fed Reserve maintenance period
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Bachelor’s degree required
