Department Summary

management, trade, liquidity, commercial card and escrow services
that resolve the working capital and efficiency challenges that
treasury professionals face today.
 
Position Summary
The Sales Product Analyst will provide regional support in
APAC for the sales and product functions within the Escrow services
group and will report into the Regional Product manager based in
Hong Kong.   
 
Responsibilities include:
Sales Support:
·         Ensure Know Your
Customer (KYC) standards by Country are being met for all Escrow
deals.  This will include
o    monthly reporting
o   creating meaningful metrics to track and report key
findings
o   perform monthly audits on closed deals and reporting
back to Escrow Senior Management
·         Work to ensure
Sales tracking database (Sales force or equivalent) are up to date
and ensure  data integrity
·         Assist with KYC
document collection
·         Sales reporting
and analysis
·         Back up sales
team when they are out of office
Market
Intelligence              
·         Work with both
product and sales to gather competitive intelligence, market
intelligence, and regulatory changes impacting the escrow
product.
o   Use market intelligence to refine product offering
and further help sales sell more effectively
o   Use market intelligence as marketing opportunity via
'Spotlight On' SAVO and Sales presentations on 'Market Updates'
Analysis:
 
·         Work with both
product and sales to create country specific market segmentation of
law firms and then work with Sales to implement a sales plan around
those names and calling efforts. 
o   Track calling plan and deal opportunities and work
with both product and sales to drive refined segmentation and
create quarterly analysis for escrow senior management.
 
 
 
o   Work with product management and Sales to update and
create client facing marketing material including pitch books (both
generic and customized for clients and presentations), slip sheets,
direct mail (eDM) strategic advertisements, etc
§  Work with product sales team to update SAVO.

finance (income statement, balance sheet)

communication skills with strong English fluency (written and
spoken)
o   Ability to speak, read and write Chinese/Mandarin a
plus.
