Treasury Services Relationship Manager – Hong Kong, Asia recruitment

Main Responsibilities:

- Manage existing portfolio of client while conducting business development in building new relationships to increase revenue and cross-selling referred business.

- Collaborate with other functions of the company which includes Customer services, product management, Operations department and Credit Risk Department.

- Generate new sales with revenue retention and profitability enhancement.

- Manage and coordinate the overall implementation processes, including RFP preparation, account-opening, KYC DD call report and credit risk justification.

- Communicate with the international resources across functions (operations, system, and product management) to complete the implementations

- Handle with regulatory and compliance issues (especially OFAC AML) as required

Qualifications:

- Able to work independently, strong customer relationship managemetn skills and a good team player.

- Good time management, negotiation and communication skills

- Solid work experience of a minimum 5 years in sales and industry experience or related client service experience

- Language requirement: English and Cantonese. Mandarin is an advantage.

- Bachelor Degree or above
