Responsibilities: Under general supervision, manage all credit card programs including procurement card and instant pay cards. This will include setting up and maintaining users, limits, vouchers and funding. Provide customer service support for Treasury helpdesk and internal/external customers. Engage in month close activities including workpapers and reconciliations as needed.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage all credit card programs. Set up and maintain users, limits, vouchers and funding. Complete P-card transactions directly with vendors.Create and maintain reporting related to credit card initiatives and programs.Maintain and administer all Money Network pay card inventory and disbursement. Perform regular pay card audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy. Review and/or prepare and maintain monthly and quarterly work papers and reconciliations as needed. Review and/or create journal entries for cash related accounts. Review and compile refund requests for processing and approval. Develop and implement enhanced reporting with input from management. Review, prepare, document, and validate non W2 bonus requests and gift card requests. Respond, evaluate, and respond to all incoming tier 2 level phone calls, voicemails and emails. Ensure the resolution of all tier 2 level helpdesk cases according to established service level agreements. Create, assign, track and manage helpdesk cases in the Talisma software program according to processes and procedures.KEY SUCCESS INDICATORS/ATTRIBUTES:Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced, changing environment and be detail oriented. Proficient personal computer skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
