My client, a global bank are looking for a analyst to support the dealing room systems within the Treasure and Market platforms team in their Central London
The positions responsibilities include:
· Diagnose and resolve low impact problems with SLAs.
· Follow agreed procedures and provide advice to uses on support, products and services.
· Carry out all routine tasks associated with operating and controlling the installed hardware and software within the organisations treasury department.
The successful candidate will have the following
· Dealing room experience with dealing room systems
· Must have a strong working knowledge of market data technologies: Reuters Eikon, TREP.
· A working knowledge of Linux and Window’s server
· Understanding of project workflow to be able to assist in delivery
· Have strong verbal and written communication skills
