Treasury Systems Consultant – Financial Services recruitment
Our client is a leading financial services consultancy and advisory firm. Its successful treasury systems and transformation team works with Tier 1 Banks and Financial Institutions on strategic programmes involving treasury systems implementation and transformation as well as Finance, Risk and Treasury integration.
Due to success and growth, it is seeking to hire consultants, business analysts, project managers and solution architects to work on strategic initiatives involving Treasury systems strategies, product selection, target operating models and implementation road maps.
Currently working with a leading consultancy firm, bank or financial institution, or specialist Treasury systems vendor, your experience should include some of the following:
- Solution design for banking Treasury Systems
- Familiarity with the integration of Finance, Risk and Treasury solutions
- Treasury Architecture and Operating Models
- Finance systems architecture
- Product accounting solutions
You will have participated in or lead the delivery of major Treasury systems transformation, or Finance, Risk and Treasury initiatives, through the full lifecycle. Individuals with experience of delivering systems enabled change in the following areas will be particularly well regarded:
- Asset Liability Management
- Funds Transfer Pricing
- Liquidity Risk Management
- Capital Issuance Management
- Hedge Accounting
Successful candidates must have good business analysis and problem solving skills. You will be working on high profile change initiatives so excellent presentation and communication skills are key. Excellent leadership and people development skills are also highly desirable. Suitable candidates must be able to work closely with clients on strategic initiatives, while building and developing successful business relationships.
