Treasury Team Leader
Treasury Team Leader and Treasury Manager positions available for a leading client in Belfast.
The Treasury Team Leader plays a central role within the Recovery (Client Money Services) department . You will be responsible for leading a team of administrators, delivering a first class service to both internal and external clients.
Main Responsibilities
•Reporting to managers on a regular basis, you will update them on all aspects of case management progression and any compliance issues encountered
•You will lead a team, ensuring that all members follow established procedures for each process and meet Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators
•You will produce statistical information on a daily, weekly and monthly basis which will allow management to identify efficiencies in resource allocation and service improvements
•Assisting the department manager in the development and implementation of technology and systems
Experience/Education/Qualifications required:
•You will have minimum 5 GCSE’s at grade C or above (including Maths and English) and be educated to A Level (or equivalent)
•You will be experienced in leading others within a target driven environment (SLA’s and KPI’s)
•You will ideally have experience within the Insolvency sector and a good working knowledge of IPS and Vulcan systems
•You will possess excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
