Trilingual client service (Spanish and French) Job in Markham, Ontario Canada

Our client in Markham is looking for a Trilingual CSR who can speak and write SPANISH AND FRENCH perfectly. This position reports to the Customer Service Manager and 4 team leaders

Duties and Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be accountable for providing an exceptional level of customer service at all times in a professional environment.
Provide customers with information about products and services and address any concerns.
Handle billing inquiries, work order questions
Data entry and small projects
Handle incoming, email and fax calls
Additional duties as required by the Customer Service Manager

Requirements:
 
SPANISH AND FRENCH - both verbal and written
Previous call centre or customer service related experience is an asset (hotel, hospitality, retail an asset)
Team player with a positive attitude
Problem solver and analytical skills
Excellent commitment to customer service
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, typing
Ability to multi task in a busy, fast paced environment
MUST BE AVAILBLE TO WORK WITHIN A 7 DAY WORK ENVIRONMENT
HOURS ARE OPERATION TO BE AVAILABLE (6am-11pm)
Must be able to be flexible to work various shifts.
