Trilingual technical support - Level 1 (spanish-french-english)
Our client is looking for Technical Help Desk Agents to support their internal clients with technical issues. We are looking for bilingual agents who speak either English-French or English-Spanish! Starts March 19 2012
Responsibilities Include:
Receives, logs and answers customer problem/request/issue calls
Performs initial level of problem identification and attempts to resolve when appropriate; otherwise, documents troubleshooting efforts in problem ticket and notifies technician immediately
Assists with monitoring and tracking incidents to ensure resolution occurs within the service level agreements
Performs follow-up on incidents to ensure customer satisfaction
Temporary position with a reputable company
Convenient downtown location
$15/hourly
No Sundays
Professional team environment
Minimum 2 years call center or help desk experience
Technical Support Experience
Must be available for rotating shifts Monday to Friday 7am – 10pm, Saturday 9am-5pm
Excellent communication skills
Good problem solving and analytical skills
BA in Computer Science, Diploma, or relevant work experience.
Must have knowledge of computers with a technical mindset
