The ideal candidate for this position will include the following qualities:

 

As an integral member of this dynamic retail company, you will be responsible for all 1st and 2nd level support for the company. Not only will you be responsible for trouble shooting, installing programs, telephone lines and printers… you will also be responsible for telephone support to all retail stores through out Canada.
