Senior Program Manager - Permanent Position.

 

This position will be a Senior Program Manager, responsible for one or more large subprojects Enhanced Attestation and Remediation. This project will deliver the work packages that will result in the appropriate Feed Design to the new attestation service (migrating from the existing OIA platform), the rollout of Application Attestation, and the migration from Cost Centre based attestation to People Mgr Based Attestation. A later rollout of Directory Access Attestation may also be the responsibility of this Program Manager.

? Overall accountability will start for the sub-project Attestation Remediation within the program and other projects as assigned over time
? Deliver effective and efficient solutions by meeting key project milestones and overall project deliverables on time, as outlined in scope, within budget, and adhering to development and quality standards
? As part of the Core Team, ensure project delivery is co-ordinated with other projects within the overall  program and other interdependent projects where applicable
? Work with key external vendors who are providing services as part of the overall solution (i.e. IBM, Deloitte, Aveksa); responsible for overall project plan that co-ordinates all resources from these vendors as well as required internal teams )
? Ensure that recognized Project Management processes, disciplines and controls are consistently applied to all deliverables within the projects being managed.
? Leverage skills experience to identify all project issues, risks and dependencies, ensuring that they are effectively managed through to resolution; escalate issues as appropriate;
? Develop and ensure mitigation/contingency plans are in place for identified risks.
? Responsible for tracking deliverables against the budget and the approved project plan;
? Responsible for reporting at the project level ? project status, tracking actual costs versus forecasts, timeline.
? Key in providing content for stakeholder management

? Provide support and content for effective communications related to owned projects ? change management, rollout activities, business process re-engineering ? provide input on expected impact, review artifacts as created, provide support as required for communication activities
? Coach, lead and mentor team members. Participate in knowledge transfer with the team and business units

Job Requirements
Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
? Experience and a demonstrated expertise level of Program and/or Project Management; proven capability to manage multiple projects in parallel
? Experience in Identity Access Management projects required, and specifically Access Governance an asset
? Possess demonstrate excellent communications skills (written verbal), with the ability to effectively interact with individuals across business units and at various levels within the organization (technical, business, Senior Executive Management).
? Strong organizational skills, self motivated with the ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple deadlines and priorities
? Highly organized, self-motivated, customer oriented and be able to work independently as well as within a team
? Good judgment
? Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
? Demonstrated relationship building and leadership skills with a superior ability to make things happen through the use of influence and negotiation
? Solid SDLC and PMLC; Comply with the system development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodology (PMLC) by participating in scope assessment, risk and cost analysis
? Experience with spreadsheet, word processing, presentation and project software is required (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio)

Specific Educational Requirements/Accreditations:
? College or University degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience
? PMP optional, may be replaced by significant proven delivery experience
