TRIRIGA APPLICATION CONSULTANT
The Application Consultant (AC) leads Exploration and Design phases for the implementation of a TRIRIGA's product suite to clients. The AC works closely with client stakeholders to define and document client specific business needs and application requirements. The consultant is responsible for developing Process Diagrams, Use Cases, GAP Analysis and Functional Design Documents. Responsible for working with Application Developers and other team members. Interacts with customers to ensure documentation of accurate and comprehensive data and reporting requirements. Responsibilities also include supervising configuration and development phases to ensure all requirements are being implemented as designed. The AC assists the management team in project development, management, and timely completion of project milestones. Ensures timely issue escalation and resolution. Also conducts quality assurance activities through validation and testing processes. Required * Bachelor's Degree * At least 2 years experience in knowledge of the Facility Management or Real Estate industry * At least 2 years experience in working with a software development methodology * At least 2 years experience in Lead consultant / developer working on complex projects * At least 2 years experience in Experience with enterprise wide ERP/CRM systems * At least 5 years experience in Ideal candidate possesses 5-8 years consulting work on large implementations including design, documentation and implementation of solutions * At least 2 years experience in Experience with project management in mission critical application * At least 2 years experience in Experience with quality assurance practices * At least 2 years experience in experience with Internet strategies and technology * Readiness to travel Up to 5 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements) * English: Fluent Preferred * Master's Degree * At least 3 years experience in knowledge of the Facility Management or Real Estate industry * At least 3 years experience in working with a software development methodology * At least 3 years experience in Lead consultant / developer working on complex projects * At least 3 years experience in Experience with enterprise wide ERP/CRM systems * At least 8 years experience in Ideal candidate possesses 5-8 years consulting work on large implementations including design, documentation and implementation of solutions * At least 3 years experience in Experience with project management in mission critical application * At least 3 years experience in Experience with quality assurance practices * At least 3 years experience in experience with Internet strategies and technology IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
