As a member of the award-winning Supply Chain Solutions practice, the Application Consultant (AC) leads Exploration and Design phases for the implementation of a TRIRIGA's product suite to clients. The AC works closely with client stakeholders to define and document client specific business needs and application requirements. The consultant is responsible for developing Process Diagrams, Use Cases, GAP Analysis and Functional Design Documents. They are responsible for working with Application Developers and other team members, and interact with customers to ensure documentation of accurate and comprehensive data and reporting requirements. Responsibilities also include supervising configuration and development phases to ensure all requirements are being implemented as designed. The AC assists the management team in project development, management, and timely completion of project milestones. They ensure timely issue escalation and resolution. The AC also conducts quality assurance activities through validation and testing processes. Required * Bachelor's Degree * At least 2 years experience in Facility Management or Real Estate industry * At least 2 years experience in working with a software development methodology * At least 2 years experience in a lead consultant / developer role working on complex projects * At least 2 years experience in enterprise wide ERP/CRM systems * At least 5 years experience in consulting work on large implementations including design, documentation and implementation of solutions * At least 2 years experience in project management in mission critical application * At least 2 years experience in quality assurance practices * At least 2 years experience in Internet strategies and technology * Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements) * English: Intermediate Preferred * At least 3 years experience in Facility Management or Real Estate industry * At least 3 years experience in working with a software development methodology * At least 3 years experience in a lead consultant / developer role working on complex projects * At least 3 years experience in enterprise wide ERP/CRM systems * At least 8 years experience in consulting work on large implementations including design, documentation and implementation of solutions Additional information Help Build A Smarter Planet.
