Tririga Application Developer
The Application Consultant (AC) leads Exploration and Design phases for the implementation of a TRIRIGA's product suite to clients. The AC works closely with client stakeholders to define and document client specific business needs and application requirements. The consultant is responsible for developing Process Diagrams, Use Cases, GAP Analysis and Functional Design Documents. Responsible for working with Application Developers and other team members. Interacts with customers to ensure documentation of accurate and comprehensive data and reporting requirements. Responsibilities also include supervising configuration and development phases to ensure all requirements are being implemented as designed. The AC assists the management team in project development, management, and timely completion of project milestones. Ensures timely issue escalation and resolution. Also conducts quality assurance activities through validation and testing processes. Required * Bachelor's Degree * At least 6 months experience in application development using GUI based programming tools * At least 6 months experience in using effective verbal and written communication skills. * At least 6 months experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and/or Access. * Basic knowledge in using UML or other process documentation methodologies * Basic knowledge in and understanding of all phases of software development life cycle * Readiness to travel Up to 5 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements) * English: Fluent Preferred * Master's Degree * At least 2 years experience in application development using GUI based programming tools * At least 2 years experience in using effective verbal and written communication skills. * At least 2 years experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and/or Access. * At least 2 years experience in using UML or other process documentation methodologies * At least 2 years experience in and understanding of all phases of software development life cycle IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
