TRM – Transition Relationship Officer (FICC) recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Facilitation of client on-boarding
- Liaison with the AEs to review the business brief
- For major and strategic clients, primary relationship with the client during the on-boarding process. Manage client expectations before and during on-boarding process
- FICC permanent representative in main Credit Committees and Non-Standard Committees
- Coordination with the support and control functions (SFG, LCA, Risk, Operations, eSolutions, IT…)
- Coordination with the FICC senior management to set up priorities
- Support of Client Relationship Management
- Improve the quality of services provided to clients
- Coordination of additional offered services
- Coordination with Legal and other Support Functions regarding terms and agreements signed with clients
- In coordination with FICC COO, implementation of firm standard process to improve the provided services to commodities clients (Energy, Metals, Ags), to measure the client profitability
- Take an active part to projects as a FICC representative
- Assist FICC Transition Relationship Manager to improve the Business Line profitability
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
- At least 3 years industry experience
- Experience in client on-boarding
- Comprehensive understanding of regulatory framework in the UK and Globally
- Excellent relationships with support and other control functions
- High level of integrity, responsibility and propriety
- In-depth product knowledge in general and specific aspects of the industry as they relate to supply and demand aspects of the market place, trading and process
- Must have communicative skills and ability to work with senior management and prepare presentations
- MS Office computer skills
- Knowledge of Newedge policies, procedures, and guidelines
Regulatory Skills:
- Needs to have a good understanding of the regulatory framework and rules of market exchanges and policies of Newedge
- Needs to understand the regulations applicable to the performance of the role
- Needs to build a good working relationship with Compliance and other control functions
- Must have unquestioned integrity, propriety, and accountability
REQUIRED REGISTRATIONS:
NA or Futures: Series 3, Series 7 (desirable)
POSITION WITHIN HIERARCHY:
Reports directly to the FICC Transition Relationship Manager
