JOB TITLE: Truck Sales Executive
SELLING: Commercial Vehicles, Contract Hire, Capital Equipment, Asset Finance
SELLING TO: Fleet, Transport, SME, Corporate, End User business
TERRITORY: Oxford, Swindon, Reading, Slough, Newbury, Didcot
LOCATION: Oxfordshire, Berskshire, M4 Corridor, Buckinghamshire
PACKAGE: c.£30k Basic, £40k OTE uncapped + pension, mobile, home office, Car holiday
Person:
· You must have a capital equipment sales background or have worked in asset finance, commercial vehicle contract hire, agricultural equipment or materials handling
· If you have specifically worked for another truck manufacturer in a sales capacity you need to apply for this job
· You must have a genuine enthusiasm for truck sales and the transport market
· The ability to identify and win new business opportunities whilst managing the whole sales process cradle to grave.
· Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential and you must be able to demonstrate where you have closed new business at all levels within the fleet market
Role Information
· You will be responsible for selling my clients new used commercial vehicles, contract hire, after sales and fleet management packages into the fleet business market place.
· This role is predominantly based out on the road in front of customers whilst sourcing and developing new customers and new business leads
· There is a database of accounts to chase but you will need to add new business customers to hit your targets.
· This role is all about generating solid business relationships within the fleet, transport, construction, haulier, catering, leisure, SME and corporate market place, any commercial vehicle end user business.
