Trust & Corporate Manager recruitment
Our Client a boutique independent trust and corporate services organisation are seeking to fill the position of Trust Corporate Manger for their continued operations in Guernsey. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well established and prestigious firm with exposure to numerous high quality global clientele.
Position Summary:
- Managing a team of administrators in all aspects of trust and company administration.
- TO ensure that staff's utilisation and targets are met and that all internal and regulatory requirements are adhered to.
- Managing and delegating tasks to team members and assisting and training appropriately.
- Resolving and handling complex operational and managerial problems as and when referred.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and intermediaries
Role Requirements:
- A relevant professional qualification eg STEP or ICSA
- Sound knowledge of trust and company administration, recording of financial transactions and understanding of financial reports
- Experience of managing a team
- Strong commercial, interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills.
- EU National
