Trust Director - Client Services - Channel Islands
We are working closely with a listed IEX an LSEX company who are specialised in financial services. They are an independent company, so they are in a good position to chose who they do business with and also can make decisions much quicker than bank-owned trust companies. They have operations covering Europe and theCaribbean.
This firm are looking to recruit an experienced Trust Director to join them in their office based in the Channel Islands. The incumbent would contribute towards the implementation of the business strategy of the company, including sourcing new clients and ensuring the effective implementation, practice of risk minimisation procedures and manage staff in own business area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff appraisals, training and management
- Corporate Governance and Risk Management
- Establishing and maintaining a high level of Client Service
- Developing business by marketing and directly selling services and products
- Providing regular monthly meetings to the Managing Director
Requirements:
- Recognised professional accountancy (ACA or ACCA) or Law (LLB) designation
- 10+ years experience in a trust/fiduciary administration or management environment
- 1-3 years experience at Director Level
- Proven management experience
- Demonstrable experience on-boarding and business development
