About Us:
China Ping An Trust Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as "Ping An Trust"), established on April 9, 1996, is a subsidiary of Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China, Ltd. (hereafter referred to as "Ping An") and is an integral part of Ping An, whose shares are listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (2318.HK) and the Shanghai Stock Exchange (601318).
In February 2002, Ping An Trust obtained approval from the People's Bank of China for re-registration. Its registered capital has increased four-fold, reaching RMB 6.988 billion and making it the largest trust company in mainland China in terms of registered capital.
Responsibilities:
1. Assuming various trust projects required for business development;
2. Being in charge of fund docking of the projects and design of product structure;
3. Being in charge of development, maintenance and second development of corporate clients like financial institutions;
4. Accomplishing other tasks assigned by the company.
Requirements:
1. With a full-time diploma of junior college or above, those majoring in Finance and alike are preferred;
2. With more than 3 years of working experience in financial industry and certain social resources;
3. Having remarkable abilities in business promotion, organizing, market planning, language expression and negotiation;
4. For those having very rich industry background, qualification and customer resource, etc., requirements regarding age and education background can be relaxed;
5. Possessing ability of business promotion.
