Trust Officer – Corporate Secy – Corp and Private Trust recruitment
A fast growing Global Trust and Fund Administrator has a brand new opening for Senior Trust Officer. This role is to support Corporate and Private Trust whilst reporting to Director of the Trust Business within the firm.
The role will include but definitely not limited to:
- Set up of Corp and Private Trust
- Administration of trust operation documents
- Ensure effective and efficient client servicing role
- Support all the corporate services
- Maintenance of company documents, drafting and passing of resolution and managing minutes of the trustee
- Support through trust accounting service
- Ensure proper support on client enquiries in an efficient and timely manner
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Ensure smooth client on boarding process
- Report to Director of the Trust Business within the entity
This role requires a Bachelors degree (Finance or Accounting Degree Preferred) and a good knowledge of the Trust business. The ideal candidate will come from a Trust Industry/Fund Admin with a minimum of 2 yrs experience. A corporate secretarial or trust officer experience would be an advantage.
