Trust Officer recruitment

Effectively manage a wide variety of trust and estate accounts and relationships comprised of testamentary, revocable and irrevocable trusts including charitable foundations, guardianships and Special Needs Trusts.

 Expand and grow book of business by adding new relationships/assets developed from existing book of business and from external sources and opportunities.

 Assist new business officer in developing and closing select business leads.

 Manage accounts in accordance with bank policies and procedures and in accordance with sound fiduciary practices.

 Prepare, recommend and present to the Discretionary payments committee discretionary requests. In addition, conduct an annual review of each account and prepare P I memos where required.

 Work closely with other areas of the trust department such as the tax, investment and real estate groups to provide a high level of service.

 Participate in special projects.

 May be asked to help design and update various policies and procedures.
