About our client:

Our client is a provider of financial and administrative services for leading multinationals and international medium sized companies, as well as for investment funds and real estate structures.

Job description:

You provide administrative and transaction support, company secretarial and corporate governance services for the domiciled companies.
Your task will include the organisation of board resolutions,  co-ordination and drafting of minutes, related documents for shareholders' meetings and filing of statutory reports. You will also be in charge of the accounting aspects of your clients.

Profile:

- You have experience in a similar position, in charge of both Legal and Accounting aspects; or you are a young graduated with a Master degree in Accounting
- You are fluent in German and English
- Good time management
- Willing to develop your knowledge in tax and company law, at local and international levels
- Team player and able to work in autonomy
