About Us:
China Ping An Trust Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as "Ping An Trust"), established on April 9, 1996, is a subsidiary of Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China, Ltd. (hereafter referred to as "Ping An") and is an integral part of Ping An, whose shares are listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (2318.HK) and the Shanghai Stock Exchange (601318).
In February 2002, Ping An Trust obtained approval from the People's Bank of China for re-registration. Its registered capital has increased four-fold, reaching RMB 6.988 billion and making it the largest trust company in mainland China in terms of registered capital.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for design launch products of trust;
• Negotiated arranged with Counterparty, completed due diligence;
• Review and formulate legal doc as well as internal and external communication;
• Supervise review innovative biz work.
Requirements:
• Master degree in relevant majors, preferably experience with trust fields;
• 3 years or above experience in product design related and project develop working with Investment Company, such as trust, sec, banking etc;
• Good understanding of the financial and trust knowledge;
• Good ability of data analysis, writing skills and strong interpersonal skill.
