Trust Relationship Manager recruitment
You will provide excellent and professional service to clients so as to increase overall returns from existing relationships. You will increase revenue from time cost activities, further injection or promotion of Group Products Services and perform active review of existing relationships to identify further opportunities for Private Wealth Solutions and /or other department within the Group. You will also actively review the accounts under management, and obtain regular updates on clients’ circumstances to ensure that their objectives are being met and to consider restructuring, if necessary. You will achieve the allocated Team Revenue Budget and be responsible for the timely collection of fees with minimal arrears. You will maintain the bank’s Internal Control standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators. You will also implement the Group Compliance Policy and be aware of the Operational Risk scenario associated and act in a manner that takes account of operational risk considerations.
Pre-requisites:
- Degree holder
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of work experience in the banking industry, preferable in client relationship role (with trust knowledge)
- Possess good business sense and planning abilities; with strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to manage and work with people at all levels are essential for this role
